Nonprofits Initiatives (in formation / nonprofit) Foundations Support format: Consulting Development Implementation Brief description offer: UPJ connects companies and organizations – especially those working with children and young people – to work together on the challenges of digital change: On the one hand, we provide Nonprofits with access to high-quality IT and digital services – on a pro bono basis. On the other hand, companies and their employees are given the opportunity to put their digital skills at the service of a good cause. In doing so, they strengthen educational and equal opportunities for young people and our society as a whole. Advice is available, for example, on the use of Microsoft 365, on the question of how AI can be used to support public relations work or on the creation of a digital tool for workforce planning. In addition to this intensive advisory process, you can take advantage of many other exciting offers and build a nationwide network. startsocial is aimed at initiatives in the idea phase, initiatives that are about to be implemented or are in their initial phase, as well as initiatives that are already running and have a specific need for advice. The scholarship is preceded by an application phase and an assessment by an honorary jury. Each initiative receives at least three jury feedbacks regardless of whether it receives a scholarship. On our platform for skills-based volunteering, people with expertise in areas such as communication, public relations, design, IT or finance get involved – digitally, flexibly and with real impact. Nonprofits gain access to skills and capacities that they would otherwise struggle to afford. We support Organizations at all times – from the selection of suitable projects to their formulation and support in working with volunteers.
