The discussions show that Nonprofits often have the same problems as for-profit companies. They meet at eye level, can learn from each other and come away from the online one-to-one coaching with lots of new ideas and inspiration.
As part of the PRO-BONO-CAMP, we bring Nonprofits together with committed company employees. This is a one-off, short-term commitment that takes place online and gives non-profit organizations free access to important specialist expertise such as Project Management, Marketing or Recruiting. The support is free of charge and is limited in time. The Haus des Stiftens team is on hand to provide support throughout the entire process.
Haus des Stiftens is a social enterprises that facilitates effective engagement and contributes to the common good in line with the Global Goals. As part of its charitable activities, Haus des Stiftens supports the non-profit sector by providing know-how, for example via webinars, online individual coaching and online workshops.
Projects such as the PRO-BONO-CAMP create spaces in which exchange, learning and inspiration are possible at eye level – digitally, practically and effectively. Professionals from companies and representatives of Nonprofits are brought together to learn from each other and make an impact together.
The work of the Haus des Stiftens is based on the conviction that sustainable change comes about through dialog and knowledge transfer. In the digital space, this energy becomes tangible when enriching conversations are reported after a PRO-BONO day – or visible when long-term perspectives are created through cooperation

I regularly take part in the PRO-BONO-CAMP format as a mentor. I really enjoy getting to know NGOs from different areas of society. During the last exchange on topics related to time management, I was able to share my own experiences, tips and tricks and we defined a few clear steps that my mentee was able to implement quickly and easily afterwards. For me personally, this coaching offers the opportunity to look beyond my own corporate horizons and to make a small contribution to Nonprofits Organizations with my commitment.
