CorrelAid and UPJ Pro Bono Rechtsberatung – Appointment
AI is no longer a dream of the future, but part of our everyday working lives – often without us even realizing it. Whether in text analysis, public relations or administration, AI systems can simplify processes, generate ideas and conserve resources. At the same time, their use raises questions – for example about transparency, fairness, data protection and liability obligations.
Part 1: Basics [CorrelAi>d] Participants will learn how to select suitable tools, recognize AI functions in existing software and assess the benefits for their own work.
Part 2: Selected legal aspects [UPJ] > Participants gain an insight into the legal framework, learn which areas of law may be affected and how to navigate a complex set of rules more prudently.

In order to avoid offering an unwanted target, it is essential to have a good understanding of the legal framework surrounding non-profit status and to be able to prove that activities exclusively serve the common good. The speakers from the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher will provide solid basic knowledge and practical tips on how you can operate as safely as possible within the legal framework.
