We bring an outside view of the organization and ask questions, give feedback and work with you to develop the next steps for implementation. For us - who are always working around the deficit limit in the social sector - your offer covers a key point that is usually missing, or rarely noticed. The fact that you are taking on this task as part of your work with the Schmid Foundation, with the clear appreciation and modern culture for supporting the management of social enterprises, gives us courage and strength for the tasks that we will all have to tackle together in the immediate future.

As organizations grow and develop their impact, the issues of organizational development often remain on the shoulders of a few and thus fade into the background. Through the format of OD reflection, the Schmid Foundation has provided me as Managing Director with the necessary space to work on a specific topic with a very experienced dialog partner. The current social situation in particular requires people and organizations that strive to achieve impact goals and for this we also need dialogues that prepare us and our organizations for the challenges.

I am delighted to be able to use my experience and skills for nonprofit organizations in a meaningful way. The founders and employees of these organizations inspire me time and again with their wealth of ideas and high level of commitment to social change.
